Students Return to Campus

Uniting Students and Faculty in a Warm Welcome Back!

Gulf University welcomed its students back to campus with an atmosphere brimming with optimism and vitality. The university organized a distinguished reception day attended by the University President, deans, and members of the academic and administrative staff. They stood at the forefront of the reception to greet students, reinforcing the spirit of "one family" across campus and making it an exceptional reception day.

Dr. Maryam Fati, Vice President for Academic Affairs, delivered a cordial welcome speech. She expressed her joy at seeing young faces filling the university halls once again, stating: "We welcome you back to your second home with love and longing. Your presence is the primary driver of our success. Today, we are not just receiving students; we are welcoming the leaders of tomorrow who will help to shape a better future for our beautiful nation."

Mr. Abdullah Imad, Head of the Student Services Unit, emphasized the positive impact of the students’ return, noting that the campus regained its luster today. He remarked: "It is truly wonderful to welcome students after their absence; with your return, the spirit and beautiful bustle of university life have been restored. At the Student Services Unit, we have ensured that this reception day is motivating and filled with positive energy."

The reception day featured a series of entertainment activities designed to soften the academic atmosphere. Students were greeted with great hospitality and exceptional catering, adding a touch of joy that was well-received by all.

The organizing committee was keen to document these moments through commemorative photos, bringing students together with their professors and peers. This served as a motivating break before the commencement of the Fall semester final examinations.

This initiative is part of Gulf University’s strategy to create an attractive educational environment that balances academic achievement with social engagement. Such efforts ensure the refinement of the students’ personalities and their seamless, positive integration into university life.

The university extends its best wishes to all students for a successful career and offers heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2026 as they approach their milestone graduation.
