UI GreenMetric Strengthens Strategic Sustainability Coordination Through Visit to the Directorate of Planning and Performance, Universitas Indonesia
On 25 February 2026, UI GreenMetric conducted an official visit to the Directorate of Planning and Performance at Universitas Indonesia, marking an important step toward strengthening institutional coordination in advancing sustainability within the university’s strategic framework. The meeting aimed to reinforce collaboration by integrating sustainability considerations into institutional planning and performance measurement systems.
The visit reflects UI GreenMetric’s continued efforts to ensure that sustainability is not merely understood as a conceptual commitment, but also implemented as a measurable component within institutional governance and strategic coordination. By aligning sustainability indicators with institutional performance frameworks, both parties seek to support a more structured and accountable approach to sustainable development across the university.
Prof. Yuni Krisyuningsih, S.Si., M.Sc., PhD, the Director of Planning and Performance, represented the Directorate of Planning and Performance and welcomed the discussion on strengthening coordination between sustainability initiatives and institutional planning mechanisms. Through this dialogue, both sides explored opportunities to harmonize environmental stewardship with broader academic and institutional objectives.
The UI GreenMetric delegation was led by Dr. Vishnu Juwono, S.E., M.I.A., Chairperson, and Dr. Abellia Anggi Wardani, S.Hum., M.A., Vice Chairperson. They were joined by Sabrina Hikmah Ramadianti, S.Si., Manager of Program, Partnerships & Communications; Rayhana, S.Gz., Partnerships & Program Coordinator; and Muhamad Ferdy Firmansyah, S.E., M.Sc., Program Partnership Officer. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on how sustainability performance indicators can support institutional excellence while contributing to global environmental commitments.
Strengthening collaboration between sustainability initiatives and institutional planning bodies is a crucial step toward ensuring that sustainability efforts remain integrated, measurable, and strategically aligned with the long-term development goals of Universitas Indonesia. By bridging perspectives between sustainability metrics and institutional performance frameworks, the partnership helps establish a robust foundation for advancing responsible campus governance.
